Kayla Hartmann
Bio
Kayla Hartmann is a licensed Florida attorney with deep roots in Central Florida. Born and raised in the area, she has a strong appreciation for the Volusia County community she now serves. She prides herself on her strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and the empathy and patience she brings to every client relationship.
Ms. Hartmann earned both her Bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration in Sports Management from Shorter University, where she also played three years of collegiate soccer and interned with the USA South Athletic Conference commissioner in her final semester.
After graduating, Ms. Hartmann attended Barry University Dwayne, O. Andreas School of Law, where she finished in the top 15% of her class. While at Barry, she was involved in the Criminal Law Society, Council for Children, Phi Alpha Delta, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. During her second year, she also served as a Teaching Assistant for a first-year Legal Research and Writing professor.
During her second summer of law school, Ms. Hartmann worked as a Law Clerk for a construction litigation firm before ultimately pursuing her passion for family law.
Ms. Hartmann was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025 and is a member of the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section. She is also a certified Florida Supreme Court County Mediator.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, continuing to play soccer with her sister, and cheering on her favorite team every Sunday — the Green Bay Packers.
